There is a note by the terminal complaining about the password being changed again. Clear out the feral ghouls, then head right into a small room with a giant arclight. The Arclight Factory can be found a short ways north of Union City. Each of the strongboxes will provide the player with some money, unimpressive weaponry, and a ritual powder that will aid them in combat. Upon starting the quest, Gaff will provide the player with a note pointing out five antique strongboxes, the location of which will be marked on their Pip-Boy. The quest is started by completing Cash Is King and returning to Gaff in Odyssey for the reward.
